**Working as a live-in carer is an opportunity to help people live independent fulfilling lives, helping them remain in their own home when they may not have the capacity to look after themselves.**

**We are currently looking for experienced care staff for a unique job opportunity in the Devon area.**

**Network Live in Care are currently on the lookout for on call live in carers to help hospitals and clients within the Devon area.**
**This opportunity requires live in carers to be on standby throughout the week, ready to go at short notice to support packages of care throughout Devon.**

**The packages can last between 1-14 days, and you could possibly see multiple service users during the week depending on their needs and package duration.**
**You will be Block paid for the days/weeks you are on standby at the rate of £700 p/w.**

**Your role may include**:
**- Personal Care and assisting with dressing**

**- Medication administration**

**- Moving and Handling / hoisting**

**- Continence Management**

**- Cooking and Housekeeping**

**- Community access**

**Most importantly, as a live-in carer you will offer as much help and support that the client requires while enabling your client to live as independently as possible.**

**You will be working Devon.**

**You must have at least two years’ experience in a health care setting.**

**Drivers are preferred as you may be asked to take the client out for shopping and appointments etc.**
