**Role Title**: HR Advisor (Regional)

**Business Division**: DHL Freight

**Location**: Dover Kent

**Primary purpose of the role**:
We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive HR support to Head of HR and members of DHL Freight UK. To participate in HR projects that may be applicable to the UK. Support training delivery within the UK team e.g., Certified, Online, In House. To maintain all data in relation to the Employee Life Cycle. Assist and lead with any Employee Relations.

**Qualifications**:
Part qualified or CIPD Level 7

**General Accountabilities**:

- Manage HR administration to ensure company procedures and legal requirements are met.
- Complete weekly / monthly HR reports
- Maintain accurate employee records via HR portal whilst compliant with data protection.
- Deal efficiently and professionally with all employee queries.
- Lead the implementation and coordination of all new starters, induction programmes and exit interviews.
- Promote and implement People Process Tools in line with First Choice roll-out.
- Support projects within the HR Function
- Keep role profiles updated.
- Lead EOS process and action planning following the EOS results.
- Design and map sign off processes for HR transactional issues.
- Proactively support effective communication for all employees.
- Support Head of HR with global reporting
- Support Managers with General HR queries and direct them to appropriate specialist advice. Manage LEADS process for DHL Freight UK including collating development needs, panel details, appraisals, and bonuses.
- Collate monthly management reports for distribution to the wider DGF UK and Global Team
- Carry out initial recruitment interviews where appropriate. Support line managers at second interview stage
- Conduct hearings with line manager as agreed with Head of HR and as second HR support.
- Maintain and update as necessary Smart Connect UK page.
- Maintain learning records and prepare monthly report for Head of HR

**Mobility Requirements**:
Some regional travel required.
