POSITION: Aviation Allocator (Fixed Term Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Acting as the first point of contact with customers and maintaining the highest standard of customer service levels
- Assisting with the planning of vehicles and/or manpower
- Allocate flights to operators using i6 computer system to ensure refuellings are completed on time
- Monitor ACDM for any flight changes ie aircraft changes, destination changes, stand changes
- Amend i6 to reflect flight changes
- Monitor ACDM for any delays attributed to refuelling
- Investigate delays
- Liaise with Handling Agent
- Monitor i6 for any discrepancies in vehicle meters
- Report any incidents or potential issues to Supervisor or Manager
- Roster meal breaks for refuelling technicians
- Ensure vehicle weekly checks are carried out and vehicle board updated
- Ensure vehicles are refuelled in a timely manner
- Assist in keeping vehicle defect board updated and vehicle allocation
- Act as Fire Marshal for the operation
- Prepare daily manning sheets from current roster
- Working across a rota in support of a 7 day 24 hour operation

BACKGROUND AND SKILS:

- High level of computer literacy
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong level of interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain an airside ID - 5 years referencing essential
- Ability to work alone
- Proactive approach to safety procedures and Health and Safety within the Workplace
- Current Driving Licence
