Please ignore the salary is uncapped this is a Self Employed role, the more you work the more you earn Pay is negotiable depending on experience.

I am looking for a Barber who possesses confidence without arrogance.

A Barber who loves barbering and shop life.

A Barber who understands that their work is a direct reflection of themselves and the Barbershop.

A Barber who loves building customer rapport and contributing to the vibe of the shop.

Experience means ABSOLUTELY nothing to me is you do not possess the above. You need to be a good human and have passion for this life if you want the job.

The Barbershop is located in Bromsgrove, the shop is situated out of the reach of the saturated town centre with no Barbershops in competition. Three residential and schools surround the Barbershop and it is attached to a single convenience store with a strong footfall. The shop will gets busy quickly so you will be required to work with both speed and quality.

The work environment is chilled and stress free. If you are a person of drama do not apply.

The Barber will need to be skilled in traditional scissor cutting, skin fades, grades and styling. If you do not know how to hot towel wet shave I will teach you. When you are up to speed the company will for your certification in this skill. Customer service is paramount for this position

Opening hours

Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays) - Wednesday 10:00 - 18:00

Thursday & Friday 10:00 - 19:00

Sat 08:00 - 16:00

Sunday CLOSED

Exceptional rates of pay inclusive of bonuses weekly on a self-employed basis
