**Responsibilities**:

- Provide visionary medical leadership and clinical oversight of all patient care activities within the IVF clinic, ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Lead and collaborate with the medical staff, including physicians, embryologists, and nurses, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as ASRM, FDA, and CLIA.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the clinic, driving innovation and excellence in reproductive medicine.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in reproductive medicine, incorporating evidence-based practices into clinical care.
- Provide expert medical consultation, guidance, and education to patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
- Ensure accurate and thorough maintenance of medical records and actively participate in quality assurance and quality improvement programs.
- Foster professional and positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a patient-centered and collaborative approach to care.
- Engage in continuous medical education and maintain board certification in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, staying current with evolving medical knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Possession of an appropriate higher medical qualification, such as membership of MRCOG or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, with a specialization in infertility/IVF management.
- Subspecialty accreditation in Reproductive Medicine.
- Proven experience in performing egg collection and early pregnancy & gynaecology scanning.
- Demonstrated high standard of clinical skills and expertise in the specialty.
- Excellent clinical and surgical skills, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with physicians, staff, and patients.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage complex clinical scenarios.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
