- My client, a **Historic Country House Boutique Hotel**, based in a Charming Village location close to the Busy Cotswold Market Town of Stroud, is looking for a **Dynamic Restaurant Supervisor** to join one of the best hospitality teams in the business
- As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll help oversee the running of a **Stylish & Elegant** **45 cover, 2 AA Rosette Fine-Dining Restaurant **and **16 Cover Private Dining Area**. During the summer months, they also run an incredibly popular gourmet pizza evening on Thursdays in their **Stunning Outside Terrace Area**.
- You’ll also take on Duty Management shifts where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the entire Hotel
- Winner of **Numerous Industry Awards**, as Restaurant Supervisor you’ll work closely with some Tremendously Talented Hospitality Professionals to ensure that the property maintains its outstanding reputation as one of the **Premier Destination Dining Venues in the Cotswolds**
- As Restaurant Supervisor you must have a passion for quality, display a highly service driven approach and possess an **Exceptional Eye For Detail**.
