**Pay rate £13.42 per hour PAYE**
**This opening assignment is for 3 months** To provide an effective recruitment support service for hiring managers using the Oracle system. Provide an efficient onboarding process sending contract letters and liaising with the HR admin team regarding compliance checks. To provide first line support for recruitment and other HR queries Key responsibilities:

- Ensure that recruitment is carried out effectively using the Oracle recruitment module, in conjunction with the recruiting manager and with advice from HR Advisors, Service Recruiter and Business Partners where necessary.
- Liaise with recruiting managers providing relevant support and advice.
- Provide support for managers, employees and applicants on use of Oracle recruitment (ORC).
- Liaise with the Advertising team at Council to agree content, media and dates for advertising. Advise managers to ensure consistent selection processes and where necessary support managers with the interview process
