Concrete Batcher

We are offering a rare opportunity for YOU to join our team as a Concrete Plant Batch Operative.

**The job purpose is to**:

- Batching concrete as per order specification
- Liaise with laboratory teams to ensure batches meet specification
- Carry out daily checks and maintenance of associated plant and machinery
- Keep accurate batch records
- Support and drive the batching process to ensure optimum productivity
- Follow all health, safety and environment regulations
- Hardworking attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a team and on own initiative.
- Excellent timekeeping and record keeping
- An understanding of safe working practices and a willingness to adhere to health and safety regulation.

**Pay and Benefits Package**
- Dependent on experience and skill set pay is negotiable **confirmed at interview**

**Ability to commute/relocate**
- Blackburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

**Experience**
- Knowledge of concrete production, plant and materials would be advantageous.
