What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a Practitioner in Agile Quality Certification (including ISTQB certifications in Tester Foundation Level and Agile Foundation level with a technical competence with Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent). You will need experience of workingand communicating with users of varying technical levels and a good understanding of software and how it can be used to improve the efficiency of business processes. You will also need to be a self-starter with proven organisational skills. Experience workingwithin a financial services environment is desirable.

There is the option to work flexibly and in the majority from home - however, you will sometimes need to attend the Buckinghamshire office to support your personal and team development and to meet the needs of the stakeholders.
