**Tenant Voice Partner**

**Salary**: £31,370/annum

Type: Permanent

Location: Sunderland

We are working with a fantastic Social Housing organisation based in the Northeast who are looking for a
**Tenant Voice Partner** to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible. They are a value driven organisation who really do put the customer at the heart of what they do.

The role will see you manage the tenant complaint process and liaise with the business regarding the details. You will also develop and sustain ways to engage with tenants to ensure that the tenant voice is at the forefront of the business.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Manage the tenant complaint process form end-to-end and provide a central management service on behalf of the business
- Take a proactive approach in dealing with complaints, contacting tenants directly via phone calls and home visits
- Maximise the number of tenants the business engages with including different demographic and utilising modern approaches
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with different stakeholders
