Cumbria Medical Services is looking to recruit a Patient Booking Coordinator. Primarily the Patient Booking Coordinator ensures the effective management of all incoming NHS referrals using the E-Referral system and ensures that adequate clinic slots are available at all times.

The role also involves handling of patient enquiries and requests courteously and efficiently and maintaining confidentiality of any information in connection with the work.

Carrying out other administrative tasks as the need arises, either to comply with current service regulations or accepted current medical practice, or for the best interests of the service to patients.

We also offer **free** private medical insurance once the probationary period has been successfully completed.

Holidays are 26 days per year plus 8 bank holidays, rising after 5 and 10 years.

We work in a small very friendly environment with modern facilities; tea and coffee are provided plus we even pay for the Christmas party
