Braemar, United Kingdom The Fife Arms HQ Full time

**About Us**

Artfarm is a “one of a kind” business. With its unique ethos, Artfarm has changed people’s expectations of what a hotel or restaurant can be. That power has come from a team who at every level share the beliefs, passions and ambitions of it's founders, Iwan and Manuela Wirth.

Located in the lovely village of Braemar in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, The Fife Arms Hotel is a truly stunning property. Combining a strong Scottish heritage and community, with a hotel filled with phenomenal contemporary art and Scottish culture, the Fife Arms is a world-class destination showcasing the finest seasonal produce for which Scotland is world-famous. From fresh seafood and game to local whiskies and spirits, many of the ingredients used in the kitchens and bars is sourced from local suppliers, gamekeepers, and farmers.

Just a short drive away, in the village of Ballater is The Fish Shop Restaurant & Fishmongers. Honouring and celebrating the history and culture of the Scottish fishing industry, this latest addition to Artfarm's Scottish portfolio has been conceived to provide a friendly and relaxed ambience to cater to the local community as well as visitors that frequent this historic town. The integration of the Fishmonger has ensured the "catch to plate" concept, honest to food and process. Both the fishmonger offering and the restaurant menu are dependent upon the daily offerings landed from trusted sources.
