**Creche Worker - Netherton Activity Centre**

12 hours per week - Permanent

An opportunity has arisen within Sefton Council for a Creche worker based at Netherton Activity centre. This role requires constant supervision of children from birth - 5years; you will need to be fully focused with the ability to remain vigilant, alert, and attentive always. You will be required to work as part of a team, also creating an encouraging environment for children within the crèche.

The role also involves setting up of equipment and cleaning to ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to.

**Qualifications**:
NVQ Level 2 Child Care Learning & Development or

BTEC in childcare

First Aid

Skills and Experience
- Ability to remain vigilant, alert, and attentive.
- Ability to be calm and in control in pressurised situations such as emergencies.
- Customer care skills
- Communication skills
- The ability to set and achieve high standards of centre cleanliness and presentation.
- Health & Safety awareness

This position requires an enhanced DBS check.
