Hereford Property Services are looking for two maintenance staff (1 labourer, one semi skilled) to join our team on a Self Employed basis.

At Hereford Property Services we mainly undertake corrective void maintenance and landlord maintenance contracts. Our jobs roles range everything from painting and decorating to general building.

We currently work within Herefordshire limits but some travelling/staying away may be required at times. We work 5 days a week, 8-10 hour days, plus weekends on occasions. However, weekend work is not mandatory.

HPS is looking for someone to labour for skilled workers on site. As previously mentioned we are a multi trade maintenance firm so we require labourers to have general knowledge of tools and materials. Other roles will include general gardening (grass and hedge cutting (training provided)) as well as basic painting/decorating and cleaning when required.

HPS is looking for a semi skilled multi trader to work closely with myself on delivering all works to an agreed standard. Work roles will include basic painting and decorating, general repairs to kitchens and bathrooms, general carpentry etcetera.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
