The key responsibilities of the Credit Controller will be:

- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers in financial difficulty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
- Prepare and send regular statements and reports to customers.
- Allocate payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Great customer service skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Accuracy in handling financial records and transactions.
- Able to communicate professionally and clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate effectively.
- Collaborates well with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Experience with EXCEL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
