Your New Role with Avicenna:
You will ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner to enhance the success of the pharmacy by providing an excellent customer service Key responsibilities will be:

- To manage the queues and patient expectations.
- Manage patient confidentiality.
- To gain knowledge and understand the main features of stocked lines and the benefit to customers.
- To ensure that the pharmacy environment is welcoming, clean and professional.
- To ensure all the retail shelves are faced up and gaps are double face

As part of your career development, the next position you could train towards would be a Accuracy Checking Dispenser Course This would take around 3-12 months to complete.

- Dispensing NVQ Level 2 Qualification
