**Operations Administrator - Job Description**
Main Tasks:
- Helping the Managing Director with all scheduling / planning of site visits.
- Booking appointments. Collating all necessary paperwork required and distributing to appropriate Consultant.
- Working with the Business Administrator writing up and amending reports as required including FRA’s, WEC’s, Asbestos Reports etc.,
- Keeping all spreadsheet records updated.
- Holding a weekly meeting with Managing Director, Kieran Ross.
- Creating agenda for weekly team meeting and chairing the meeting.
- To liaise with all Directors and Consultants to ensure effective communication within the company.
- Sitting on client meetings, note taking and actioning work.
- Ensuring company management spreadsheets are kept up to date at all times.
- Keeping all Client Review Trackers and Client Review Spreadsheet up to date at all times.
- Keeping calendars and whiteboards up to date at all times.
- Completing new Corel Draw drawings, and any updates to existing plans when necessary.
- Completing ad-hoc tasks from the Directors as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
