DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Press Fleet Specialist to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

- Building strong relationships with the brand to ensure reputation and business quality
- Proactive fleet management - reviewing the fleet, making suggestions to the brands to help manage the fleet efficiently
- Customer and journalist handover - meet and greet all guests to site, ensure the handover process is followed, update operations of any special requirements prior to handover or return
- Data cleansing - ensure all data across all systems is accurate and without error

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Experience in the auto motive industry would be adventagous
- Experience using Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbally
