Are you a health and safety professional? Are you looking to join a market leading company in an incredibly high growth period with capacity to progress your career?
The company are pioneers in the garden room product and are paving the way in the emerging market. They build outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial customers to transform your garden spaces into home offices, gyms, garden bars or whatever yourheart desires. They have ambitions to grow by 20% year on year and are in an incredible growth phase due to the demand significantly rising in recent years.
In this role you will head up the health and safety for the whole of the company and develop and maintain the health and safety policy. You will be responsible for advising managers and directors on health, safety and welfare, carry out weekly audits and workclosely with all staff to minimise risks and develop cost-efficient health and safety solutions. Due to the nature of role travel is expected between various sites so having a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. You will need a NEBOSH Diplomaand have previous experience in a similar role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

The Role:
- Head up the health and safety department
- Carry out weekly audits

The Person:
- NEBOSH Diploma
- Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels of seniority
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Previous experience in a similar role
