You don’t need any previous experience to become a support worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full time roles.
It's an exciting time at Sense, we now have an opportunity for a Full time Support Worker to join our Supported Living service in Brent, London.
You will be supporting up to 12 adults over the age of eighteen who have a range of complex needs, including sensory lose and learning disabilities. We are a supported living service for Brent, made up of 12 luxurious individual flats. The service is only a 15-minute walk from local travel connections, easy access directly into London by the jubilee Line.
Support required includes, maintain their home, health and wellbeing, going out in the community to do various activities of their choice. example swimming, shopping, hospital appointments, visiting families and fulfilling their aspirations.
Mornings, 7am-2:30pm - Afternoon 2pm-9:15pm - Night 9:15pm-7:15am

Willing to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in health and social care or equivalent (or already have one).

**This role in Brent might include supporting people with**:
Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
Personal care and hygiene.
Finances.
Medication and wellbeing.
Working.
Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
Their social life and nightlife.
