**What will the role entail?**

Ecommerce Manager / Head of eCommerce will be responsible for managing the omni-channel sales strategy. Reporting to the Managing Director you will manage marketing and content delivery while developing innovative ideas that grow online sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day responsibility of the eCommerce sales channels of the business, delivering sales and conversion targets
- Responsibility for the end-to-end online customer journey
- Create and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple teams
- Communicate with and supervise third party agencies
- Increase SEO performance
- Technical website maintenance, work with other agencies to boost website performance
- Regularly utilise data,A/B and multivariate tests

**Experience / Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in e-commerce
- Experience using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Moz or Ahrefs
- Experience with analytical platforms including Excel and Google Analytics
- Up to date and familiar with latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Effective external agency management
- A track record of developing initiatives that increase conversion rates and sales
