My client is a family run business with a history and heritage dating back to over 200 years within the boating and marine industry. They employ over 100 people across all their sites and takes care of their staff which can be seen with most staff serving10+ years, with some working within the business for over 40 years.

The client has a reputation of employing staff from a variety of backgrounds from Builders and Carpenters to Shipwrights, and from Plumbers and Electricians to Ex Royal Marines**.**

**The role**:
They are looking for a skilled and dedicated multi-trader to join their Poole team who is willing to take part in a variety of duties to ensure the smooth running of the site and an exceptional customer experience.

**Duties**:
**Daily tasks will change depending on the day and the season but can consist of**:

- Customer care
- General repairs of the site and buildings
- Telehandler driving (training will provided if no license held)
- Minor painting work
- Driving and repairs of the boats

**Requirements**:
Telehandler license and boating / marine experience is desired but not required as full training can be provided on site.
