We are searching for enthusiastic, hardworking, and friendly individuals to play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to all our clients and their guests in the role of **Room Attendant**.

**We are paying £11.44 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience.**

As a **Room Attendant** we see you as a real ambassador of our company, operating on the front line with an organised, proactive approach and a meticulous eye for detail. You enjoy being part of a busy team but also have the drive to work on your own initiative, always keen to deliver the highest standards and exceed our clients and their guests’ expectations.

As a **Room Attendant** in our large housekeeping division team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the broader operations of the company and your placement of work, as well as making friendships and building a network of colleagues.

Providing our clients guests with a memorable stay every time is the ambition for our **Room Attendants** so if you’d like to play a key role in this, we’d love to hear from you.

**What will you be doing?**
- Clean and prepare all assigned areas to the highest standards, including guest bedrooms and public space
- Replenishing linen and guest supplies
- Stripping and making beds
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all health and safety requirements and security procedures
- Ensure that all storage areas are kept clean, tidy and restocked
- Undertake deep cleaning tasks when required

**What do we need from you?**
- To be self-motivated as you will be working mainly alone in guest bedrooms
- Take responsibility for understanding our customer and their services and standards
- Proactively look for ways to improve or enhance the guest experience at your placement of work
- We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year so we need you to be flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business

**What can we offer you?**
- A minimum of £10.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn £13.00 per hour dependant on experience.
