Job Title: Trainee Composite Laminator

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of molds and work areas for lamination
- Measure and cut materials to specifications
- Monitor and adjust the curing process to ensure a high-quality finished product
- Assist in the trimming, finishing, and inspection of finished composite products
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures

This is a full-time position. The trainee period will last for approximately 3-6 months, during which time you will receive extensive training in composite manufacturing techniques. **Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
