You will be an essential part of the team, responsible for troubleshooting technical support issues, setting up new users, installing hardware, and everything in-between to enhance your skills and turn you into an IT Wizzthere is no better place to kick-start your career

In this role, you’ll work towards your Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- 1st line technical support to troubleshoot IT issues, monitoring helpdesk tickets and calls.
- Desktop support such as Windows.
- Setting up new users.
- VoIP setup and management
- Install & upgrade hardware / software

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- Salary - £18,000 per Anum
- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Can cut lunch break to 30 mins from an hour and work 9 AM - 5 PM.
- 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- Private Medical Insurance after 3 months
- Pension Scheme
