**What's the Job all about?**

The GM’s right hand person, a natural leader that drives the business to be better and is able to have fun with the team in the process
- **Responsibilities and Duties**_
- Inspire an environment to deliver **awesome customer service **, all day, every day
- You’ll look after every element of the shop in the GM’s absence
- Ensure all legalities are followed and up to date, from fire safety log to kitchen documentation
- Inspire an environment were **consistency, quality and efficiency **are paramount
- Bi-Weekly stock takes completed and drive the shop floor into good practices to achieve margin targets
- Develop and uphold an infrastructure, where **labour %** in the FOH team is achieved without compromising on quality or cleanliness
- **Induct, train and develop** all of your staff to be better and grow
- Ensure the team is always **organised** and set up for a busy day, ensuring the smooth execution of service
- Ordering, opening/closing shop and weekly admin jobs set by yours truly.
