A very rare opportunity & highly desirable position has recently come up in our Worcester studio, we are looking for an additional Front of House receptionist to join our busy salon in Worcester. Working closely with our growing team of talented hairdressers, you will be responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting our clients & team of 10 in Worcester.

The role would be well suited to a forward & fast thinking person with a passion for customer service and strong people skills whilst maintaining a fun & professional environment.

**What the Front of House role will entail**:
Working alongside a team of 10 people you'll be working towards targets for business development and growth, this is mostly working towards managing a productive diary.

Providing outstanding customer service to our clients over the phone and face to face.

**They will be responsible for**:

- The day-to-day management of the diary to ensure productive bookings, by managing online bookings, answering calls and making bookings, promoting rebooking on the day.
- Ensuring that all staff members are aware of their clients.
- Helping out around the salon along side the rest of the team to ensure a clean and tidy environment is maintained

Producing the relevant reports to your manager on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

**What we are looking for**:
Someone with the experience of working as front of house or a receptionist. It is not necessary to have the experience working in a hairdressers however it would be beneficial to have experience working in a customer facing reception role.
- Previous experience of meeting and greeting customers in a high standard environment
- Experience of answering phones and dealing with enquiries
- Confident enough to learn to use a booking system and to make outbound calls.

**Hours**: 40 hours per week across 5 days - Monday - Saturday
