**Due to expansion we currently have a unique position for a Senior Care Worker within the South Yorkshire region.**

**This role comprises of 70% front line cover for sickness/holidays (both days and days) alongside assisting care manager with responsibilities.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- To assist the care manager operational responsibilities and support.
- To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards.
- To ensure our Service Users retain their dignity and individuality.
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting our Service User with personal care, medication administration and all other aspects of daily living.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of our Service Users
- Assist our Service Users with getting out and about promoting their independence
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Encourage Service Users to participate in social and recreational activities.

**Pay & Benefits**
- Your basic rate of pay is £ 15.12 an hour
- Enhanced rate for non-moved bank holidays is £ 22.68 an hour
- Contracted weekly hours of your choice
- Joining bonus scheme £ 250 (terms and conditions apply)
