**You must**:

- Be ambitious, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, dynamic, and forward-thinking.
- Have previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
- Have a passion for providing quality care and change lives.
- Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or are willing to work towards this.
