**Gym Host - Canary Wharf, London**

**Job Type**:Full Time

**Salary**:£22,984 per annum + Personal Training Income

**Experience**
- A minimum of two years’ previous experience working in a professional fitness and wellbeing environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality outcomes.
- Highly professional and able to understand, anticipate and deliver outstanding customer service in a 5-star environment.
- Experience of leading fitness and wellbeing teams. Leading by example and using coaching skills to develop others.
- Exceptional people/ interpersonal skills able to build relationships with a variety of senior stakeholders.
- Able to demonstrate a professional and organised approach to the role.
- Previously worked to policy and procedures.
- Logical thinker with strong attention to detail, able to spot errors and resolve issues
- Professional service approach knowledge
- Confident and outgoing nature
- Great team player and can take ownership and responsibility.
- Knowledge of current wellbeing trends
- Day to day technology knowledge - MS Office, apps,
- Fluent in both verbal and written English

**Desired qualifications**
- CIMSPA Level 3 (or equivalent)

**Required qualifications**
- Emergency first at work

- Canary Wharf, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
