**Client Details**

Our client are from the Building and Construction industry and are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their team based in Hitchin on a permanent basis. They are offering a competitive salary, hybrid working and career progression opportunities.

**Description**

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

- Providing advice to management on employee relations and management issues
- To write or review all relevant notes and letters as required and sending them out in a timely manner
- Creating, implementing and and administrating employee policies
- Interpret and advises on employment legislation
- Identifying ways to improve existing policies and procedures
- Advising on company benefits packages
- To ensure that all self-certification forms and doctor's notes, where required, are provided by employees who are absent due to sickness
- To build and maintain strong productive relationships with site managers and attend appropriate meetings as required.
- Delivering on Recruitment, Induction & On-boarding, employee terms and conditions of employment, benefits and related processes

**Profile**

The successful HR Advisor will show:

- Experience working within a similar role and in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD Level 5
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Excellent administrative and organisational skill with the ability to prioritise/multi-task.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
