Established in 2020, Sópers House is a members club based in Cuffley, Hertfordshire. Our founders have used their experience to create the perfect combination of corporate and leisure facilities, providing businesses and individuals the opportunity to work and relax whilst experiencing first class service and support.

Sópers House includes offices and meeting spaces, function rooms and theatre style presentation facilities, a gym, health and beauty rooms/services, fine dining restaurant, cafe, and bar.

**The Role**

As a Bartender you will be a part of delivering the best class fine dining experience to all visitors and clients for our Restaurant, Bar, Café, Boardrooms, Auditorium, Events and any areas within Food & Beverage. You will be responsible of serving beverages to our members in our Bar and Roof Terrace, manage rotation of stock, and being a part of all beverages within the complex, including conferences, meetings, functions and events. You will understand and be passionate with the values and vision of Sópers House.
- Duties include:_
- Deliver a friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests, anticipating their needs, to leave them with a positive experience.
- To follow all specs and standards of service on drinks/food service.
- Support with stock control for the department, to ensure that it is line with management expectations.
- Produce cocktails from our menu and pour drinks to the appropriate measurement.
- Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to ensure that excellent service is achieved, and members enjoy a positive experience.
- Assist with preparing drink facilities for conferences, meetings, functions and events, and ensure that we are fully prepared.
- Handle payments from members/guests during functions, to ensure that the correct itemised bill is presented, and payment is received and processed according to departmental standards.
- Ensure that you comply with all health & safety legislation.

Dress code is professional attire and will be required to be worn at all times.

Uniform will be provided.

**Key Skills**
- At least 2-3 years experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Organised, efficient and have the ability to work under pressure
- Willing to learn and develop your skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Building relationships at all levels
- Great time management skills
- Great attention to detail and a perfectionist in your cocktail creations

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
