**Duties and responsibilities include**:
- Failure analysis of metals
- Metallurgical testing of materials in the laboratory
- Assisting Quality department in finding root causes of technical problems
- Degree qualified - Metallurgy or Materials Science
- Humble attitude, hard worker and eager to learn
- Thick skinned, ability to engage in conversations with shop floor operatives
The first 3-6 months would be days based and once fully trained they will move onto a 3 shift pattern which is 6am-2pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm to 6am (rotating weeks)

**Package**:
The salary is offering £24,000 initially and would significantly increase once out of training.
The role is working 42.5hours per week 37 hours are paid on a basic rate and the other 5 is O/T which is 1.5x per hour
