**Key objectives for the post**:

- To work with schools, train teachers and deliver workshops in the CYP programmes to a high standard. To ensure young people have been engaged in content and teachers feel confident to run the CYP Programme independently.

**The role involves**:

- Delivery and Co delivery of CYP Programmes - Bloom, Your Resilience and Beyond Bricks.
- Ensuring the programme is implemented in the relevant setting - schools, sports clubs and youth clubs.
- Travelling to schools across NI.
- Communicating and coordinating activities with the setting including start dates, times and other logistics.
- Delivering the programmes either face-to-face inside the setting or via their preferred online platform - e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Classroom.
- Supporting the relevant setting in delivering the programme and train the designated staff, teachers or coaches in the content.
- Working closely with the designated staff to co-deliver one-hour workshops.
- Mentoring throughout delivery period, providing teachers and coaches with the support they need to deliver it on their own.
- Ensuring that the necessary monitoring evaluation and mechanisms are adhered to.
- Working with MindWise staff to ensure best practice.
- Operating within the guiding framework of MindWise’s CYP Training Associate Agreement.

**Essential Requirements for Consideration**:

- Experience of delivering programmes to groups of young people.
- Experience of delivering training to groups of adults.
- Knowledgeable about children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
- Flexible availability to work during the day and evenings/weekends.
- Drive or have access to transport.
- Children Safeguarding training and certification.
- Have, or be in the process of obtaining, Professional Indemnity Insurance to the level of £5million.
- Have, or be in the process of obtaining, Public Liability Insurance to the level of £5million.

**Desirable Requirements for Consideration**:

- Experience maintaining relationships with a range of different stakeholders.
- Experience using your own initiative and being flexible to meet the needs of a programme.
- Confident adapting your training style to suit both face-to-face and online environments.
- Experience using Microsoft programmes and online platforms such as Teams or Zoom.

**Proof of insurance will be required before commencement of any sessional work**_._
