This is an opportunity to move into a rapidly growing market and to work with a company who has had impressive year on year growth.

You will be working with the commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of both private and public sector projects. We act as both the principal contractor and also work as a Contractor and Designer.

We are looking for someone with experience within the construction any experience around Building Services would be beneficial but not essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Production and Reviewing of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- CDM 2015 Compliance
- Production of Construction Phase Plans
- Managing the preparation of operations and Maintenance Manuals, including collation of project certification.
- Carrying out site inspections and issuing reports.
- Troubleshooting
- Management of company accreditations

**Key Skills/Qualifications**
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Desire for continual performance.
- Effective time management
- Problem solving
- CSCS/JIB Card (Desirable)
- SMSTS or SSSTS (Desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
