**Title: HGV Driver / LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver**

The start time are from 07.00 between Monday to Friday, minimum of 4/5 nights out per week. No weekends.

Pay rate will be from £13.80 per hour and £31 expense paid per night out. Overtime after 48 hours per week.

**Responsibilities of the driver**:

- Operate a HGV vehicle to local areas, making deliveries, product pick up, etc.
- Perform complete pre
- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.
- Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely Interact with dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all task are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
- Making sure that the vehicle is locked up in a correct manner.

**Requirements of the Class 1 HGV driver**
- Must have a clean and indate UK Driving licence
- Must have a in-date CPC card
- Must have a in-date Digi Tachograph
- Must have 2 years of driving experience
- Tramping experience is desirable
- Verifiable references
