We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our client’s HR Team on a two-month contract.
- **The role**_
- **Duties will include**:_
- Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee records
- Processing letters of appointment, contracts, and contractual change letters for new and existing staff
- Managing administration for monthly payroll
- Assisting colleagues with all elements of recruitment administration
- Managing on-boarding administration
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the HR team as required
- Monitoring probation periods
- Providing regular and ad hoc management information reports
- Maintaining the charity’s organisation chart
- Circulating notices as required
- Contributing to HR projects

- Previous HR administration experience-Good communication and IT skills
- Good attention to detail
- A self-starter who is happy with home working
- A team player
- Adaptable and flexible
- **Salary**_

£24,592
- **Contract**:_ 2 months FTC to cover sickness (starting at the beginning of April)

This role will be 100% remote unless there is an urgent or important meeting that requires a face-to-face approach. For reference the offices are based in Clifton.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: From £24,592.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
