L&M Property and Cleaning Services are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, passionate and reliable Estate cleaner to join our cleaning team.

**Requirements of the Cleaner**:

- You will be required to work independently
- Have excellent attention to detail needed to achieve high standards.
- Applicants need to be hands-on
- Basic DBS required
- Immediate start

Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday

Job description
- The entrance doors of the building disinfected.
- Reception area and all lift lobbies wiped clean, cobwebs removed, hoovered and moped.
- Debris and waste removed from bin chambers. Sweep and disinfect bin chambers.
- Rotate bins as necessary.
- Litter-picking of the lower car park and upper car park.
- Hoover entire stairwell and hoover all the hallways along the residents' entrance. Disinfect doors, frames, and door handles.

Uniform provided.

Full training provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
