Key Worker for 18+ Young People

Required experience:

- Managing a semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 18+ or similar experience within supported accommodation.
- Housing management experience.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety.
- Strong skills in risk assessment and support planning for young people with varied support needs.
- Strong ability to safeguard
- Experience of carrying out one to one key work sessions with young people to ensure their Universal credit and housing benefits are set up and are supported with this.
- Experience of multi agency working with relevant agencies such as children's social care.
- Experience of assessing and accepting new referrals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- First aid at work.
- Enhanced DBS cleared/on update system preferable.
- Full driving license desirable.
- Level 3 health and social care

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide PPE for all staff as well as sanitisation of work stations after each shift. Social distancing is expected within the placement between staff and young people.
