We are looking for experienced installers to join our friendly team. You would be working on a variety of projects, from residential properties to public buildings, offices, schools, and care homes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**This is a self-employed position and you must have your own van and tools.**
- In-depth knowledge of door and window installations, and wider general construction knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge of conservatory installations preferred but not essential.
- Neat appearance with good interpersonal skills and a clear communicator.
- Suitable levels of numeracy and literacy.
- Able to maintain excellent client relationships.
- Able to work independently, with problem-solving capabilities.
- Works efficiently to ensure job completion and client satisfaction.
- Be a good timekeeper with the ability to be flexible to suit individual job requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- CSCS Card
- NVQ In Fenestration (preferred)
- MTC card holder
- Working at Height Qualification
- Have experience fitting PVC-U, Aluminium and Timber products.
- Ability to complete the following,
- Window and doors repairs
- Brick out
- Plastering
- Conservatories

**Terms**
- Fixed working hours, 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30 am - 1.30pm Fridays
- Overtime at same rate of pay
- Uniform provided
- Possibility of permanent work

**Rates**
- Fitter - £18ph + mileage of 35p or £20ph Inc. of mileage
- Labourer - £12ph
- We do not pay for break times (15 min plus 30 min)

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Gateshead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Driving Licence (required)
