Neighborhood Officer

**Neighbourhoods Officer Immediately Required**

Duration: 6 - 8 weeks

Location: Lincolnshire Covering (Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells Louth, and Skegness)

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm

Pay Rate: £21.00 - £25.00 via Umbrella

An opening has arisen for a Neighbourhood’s Officer within a large Housing Association. This position will be overseeing the lincolnshire area. Due to the location of this role individuals shall need to be **locally based, hold a full licence and have access to a vehicle.**
- Carry out frequent sign-ups and property inspections
- Hold responsibility for delivering a specialist neighbourhood service that focusses on regular contact, speedy intervention on issues, and making a difference to our customers
- Manage the process of ending tenancies
- Allocate the property and a new tenant moving in
- Work with tenants and our Anti-Social Behaviour Team to tackle reports of anti-social behaviour
- Work within this fast-paced environment you will need to be well organised and able to prioritise and juggle competing priorities and deliver work to agreed deadlines and standards
- Develop strong and effective partnerships that deliver business objectives and improve performance, whilst having a genuine enthusiasm and passion for delivering great customer services and top performance
- An Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience working in this position
- Full Licence with access to a vehicle
