Our client is looking for an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to join a small but expanding team. The Neighbourhood Officer will be accomplished at all aspects within the business from relationship building to credit control. To be considered for this positionyou will have at least 3 years experience within social housing.
DUTIES OF NEIGHBOURHOOD OFFICER:
- Viewings
- Property Inspections
- Move in/Move outs
- Renewals/rent increase
- Credit Control
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR NEIGHBOURHOOD OFFICER:
- Great Relationship Building
- Understanding Domestic Violence and Homeless Tenants
- Ability to Help Tenants Feel Valued
