Forklift Instructor

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a **Forklift Instructor** to work in their leading facility in **Wrexham.**

**For the successful Forklift Instructor our client is offering**:

- Starting salary between £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (D.O.E)
- Day shifts Monday - Friday - 8:00am-5pm
- flexibility required to do Monday to Friday 3pm-8pm on occasions
- Permanent position

**The role - Forklift Instructor**:

- Responsible for conducting training programmes on materials handling equipment and operating procedures.
- Ensuring that trainees acquire the necessary skills to work safely and competently.
- Developing training materials, providing feedback to trainees and maintaining training records.
- Delivering instructions & assessments to meet business objectives
- Building strong relationships with Colleagues
- Moving the role forward to deliver training across different areas of the business
- Ensuring SHEQ requirements are met, including Training/Non Training meet legislative requirements

**What our client is looking for in a Forklift Instructor**:

- RTITB and/or NPORS instructor qualifications - **ESSENTIAL**
- CB, Reach, PPT Operators certification - **ESSENTIAL**
- Experience in delivering training programmes for MHE and operating procedures
- **ESSENTIAL**
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
- Experience in transport, logistics, and/or warehouse industries is a plus.
