£16 per hour to £17 per hours (D.O.E) + Overtime + Pension + Life Assurance + Company Benefits

Are you a from a Tooling background looking for a lead/supervisory role where you can dramatically increase your earnings with overtime and will play a key role in the Toolroom?

This role would suit an experience Toolmaker ideally with Lead/Supervisory experience looking for a challenging but rewarding role.

The Role:

- Working closely with the Toolroom Manager in the planning of repairs, production demands, maintenance, production and continuous Improvement activities
- Ensuring any quality issues or production issues are dealt with, carrying out root cause analysis
- Three shift pattern (7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am)

The Person:

- Must have a Tooling background and an understanding of Lean Practices
- You will ideally have Supervisor/Management/Lead experience
- Looking to join an industry leading company
