A University College is looking for a temporary HR Administrator which offers an excellent opportunity to build on your previous experience in HR. This role is for 12 Weeks paying £13.56 p/hr + Holiday Pay.
**Duties Include**:
**Recruitment**
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and College policy.
**New Starter Checks and Induction**
- Conduct pre-employment checks and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.
- Coordinate induction processes for new starters, including providing necessary training and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Record-keeping and Reporting**
- Maintain electronic record-keeping systems and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in monitoring the probationary process and maintaining employee files.
- Collate data for reporting purposes, including statistics for equality monitoring.
**Payroll Assistance**
- Support HR Managers with the payroll process, including completing paperwork and monitoring documentation.
**Essential Requirements**
- Previous HR administrative experience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
