In the role of Senior Customer Service Manager, you will be joining a well-established and award-winning Customer Service Team. As the Senior Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the corporate customer support team, ensuring they deliver a world-class service and push the boundaries on what can beachieved.
Our client is seeking to recruit a highly talented leader who can take this key team to the next level. Your duties will be to lead, develop, motivate, and support a high-performing team to industry leading standards. Identifying improvements to the clientjourney, collaborating with Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot problems, analysing call performance data and communication quality to drive continuous improvement in service levels, developing the relationship with offshore customer service partner,ensuring they achieve service delivery targets and exceptional levels of customer support.
