Your duties will be to lead, develop, motivate, and support a high-performing team to industry leading standards. Identifying improvements to the clientjourney, collaborating with Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot problems, analysing call performance data and communication quality to drive continuous improvement in service levels, developing the relationship with offshore customer service partner,ensuring they achieve service delivery targets and exceptional levels of customer support.
