Our London office is currently recruiting for a Document Automation Specialist. The Team

Norton Rose Fulbright has a team of knowledge professionals dedicated to the standards, sharing and systems that will help us achieve this goal across the whole organisation. This includes knowledge lawyers, knowledge managers, library and information experts and systems specialists.

The Document Automation Specialist reports into the Head of Document Automation.

The Role

To serve as a leading resource in automating documents. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing document automation projects from conception through to delivery
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to design and build the most appropriate automated solution
- Maintaining and updating existing automations
- Providing technical expertise and support on the automation tool Contract Express
- Deliver end user training and provide training and support to lawyers on how to mark-up a document for automation
- Providing advice on best practice for document automation
- Ensuring automations are consistent with internal document automation standards and the firm’s House Style
- Providing usage reports and statistical information on usage
- Working closely with the practice areas to promote automation solutions both within the business and as a client facing solution

Skills and Experience Required
- Paralegal/Legal secretary experience or similar
- Business information technology/systems qualification or relevant experience
- Experience of building relationships with internal and external clients
- Experience managing projects and meeting client expectations
- Contract Express experience is desired but not essential as full training can be provided
