**About us**

Maguires Fish & Chips is a fast-growing restaurant serving authentic fish and chips to the UK market. The menu features a variety of freshly-prepared seafood dishes, including cod and haddock, which are served with crispy chips and a selection of sauces. In addition also offers a selection of kebabs, pizzas, wraps and burgers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety guidelines when operating kitchen equipment.
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of food temperatures and other pertinent information.
- Monitor food quality and freshness throughout the shift.
- Ensure all food items are cooked to the correct temperature.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
