Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate food and drink service
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations in areas such as bartending, food production,
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they meet performance standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and
timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for guests

Note: The supervisor may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Travel expenses negotiable. This is not a live in position.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
