Are you looking to join a well established restaurant as a kitchen manager? Then this may be the role for you.

My client is the UK's leading hospitality business and they are looking for an experienced kitchen manager to join an already great team at a restaurant in Lincoln. You will lead the kitchen team and be an integral member of the overall restaurant managementteam. You will role model brand standards that will drive quality, guest satisfaction and ultimately the sales of their dishes. As Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that Company Food Safety Standards are maintained at all times by any memberof the team who work in the kitchen and that only high quality food is served to the guests, ensuring you have trained your team to create dishes that exceed guest expectations and are served in line with all Company standards.

**Roles & responsibilities**
- **Support the GM in recruitment, induction & onboarding of any new kitchen team members**:

- **Demonstrate leadership with hands on approach and effective communication, driving individual high performance through development and regular one to ones.**:

- **Manage stock control and food margins**:

- **Manage NSF, EHO and Health & Safety audits to a high standard**:

- **Ensure high standard of food and service is delivered to guests on a constant basis**

**About you**
- **Ability to work under pressure to a high standard and at a fast pace, showing passion for your work and a eye for detail**:

- **At least 1 year of experience as a kitchen manager, head chef or catering manager and ideally further experience in a kitchen environment at any level.**:

- **Knowledge and experience of kitchen health & safety, food safety, compliance and allergen process & procedures. This will include being responsible for EHO visits, keeping standards at at least 4 stars as well as NSF, Micros and financial management.**:

- **Proactive problem solver with effective communication skills.
